WTR Group has, through its subsidiary Pumpteknik, acquired Ryttervik Teknik Konsult AB (“RTKAB”), a Swedish supplier of pumps and spare parts to the Nordic process industry. Connected to the acquisition, Pumpteknik has also been appointed as the new distributor for LEWA and Nikkiso, two market-leading brands within metering and process pumps. The acquisition marks another important step in the continued development of Pumpteknik, one of WTR Group’s key platform companies, and reflects a deliberate strategic approach within WTR Group of partnering with strong and well-recognised OEM brands to deepen the capabilities of its subsidiaries. By combining established brand partnerships with strong local organisations, WTR Group aims to offer more complete solutions to its customers while strengthening the competitive position of its companies across Northern Europe.
The acquisition is part of WTR Group’s continued build-up of its operations within pump and flow technology in Northern Europe.
